ROBIN ROSADO

CEO/Founder and Partner

It was later in life that I realized there were men who helped provide bridges for me at each stage of life. It first started with a high school coach who connected me to my college coach. Then it was a college coach who helped connect me to a PGA Tour player. Through the platform of golf I was able befriend many corporate leaders of the world who began to pour into me. That lead to working as an executive for a Fortune 500 company, to then leading a start-up to success, and also founding a nationwide non-profit. Each stage I had men pouring into me as well as connecting me to help with my success in life and in trade.

That has lead me to start Beyond The Links. My role within Beyond The Links is to mentor athletes and executives one on one to help with the challenges on the golf course and in life.

On a personal note I am married to my wife Katie and are blessed to have two children Ryder and Londyn. Our family loves God and loves golf.

NATE HAIRGROVE

Managing Partner, Agent

Long before Nate Hairgrove ever stepped into the world of business, he had a front-row seat to what true servant leadership looks like. His father spent 40 years as a pastor, quietly and faithfully pouring into people who had nothing to offer in return. For Nate, that wasn't just an upbringing — it was a blueprint. Servant leadership isn't a philosophy he adopted along the way. It's foundational to who he is.

That foundation carried him into a career built on building things and serving people well. As an entrepreneur and executive in the tech and software space, Nate found his way into the golf industry early — developing business at the startup level where resourcefulness, relationships, and a genuine care for people matter more than any product or pitch deck. He's founded companies, led organizations, and learned that the best leaders are always the ones most willing to serve.

It's that conviction that brought him to Beyond The Links as Managing Partner. Nate believes elite athletes and corporate leaders deserve more than strategy — they deserve someone genuinely invested in who they're becoming, not just what they're achieving. His approach is grounded equally in hard-won business experience and a faith that has shaped every chapter of his life.

Outside of work, Nate has been married to his wife Christina for 24 years. Their son Connor Ace, 20, is pursuing his future in the game through the PGA's professional instructor program, and their daughter Megan, 18, is studying business and marketing at a small Christian university — a next generation that reflects exactly the kind of legacy Nate is building.
